Start by filling out our New Client Form on our website. It takes about two minutes and asks a few questions about your hair (length, texture, density, what you're looking for). This is how we get to know your hair before you ever sit in the chair so we can match you with the right stylist and book the right amount of time. If you're interested in extensions, we have a separate New Extension Clients Form — please use that one instead.

Someone from our team will reply by email — usually with a stylist recommendation and next steps to book. We may ask a follow-up question or two (or for a photo) so we set you up correctly. There is only one form to complete; if you ever see a message about an additional form, you can disregard it and just reply to our email.

Our stylists charge by the hour, and rates vary by stylist. Because every head of hair is different, your exact total depends on the time your service requires — which is exactly what the consultation determines. After your consultation you'll know both the length and the full cost of your appointment before you book it, so there are no surprises.

Your consultation is conducted either beforehand over email or in person, and there is no separate charge for it. Either way, your stylist will be sure to clarify anything they need at your appointment before starting your service. Your cut, color, or other service is then booked as its own appointment, priced at your stylist's hourly rate based on the time needed. The only fee tied to an in-person consultation is a $15 deposit, which applies only if you no-show to the consultation appointment.
