We are so happy you found our salon! We do things a little differently here at Vetiver, so please take the time to read a bit about how our salon operates.

Steps to book your first appointment:

1. Front Desk-less

Please note that we do not have a traditional front desk or phone line. The best way to reach our team is by email at hello@vetiversalon.com —you can reach out with any questions prior to filling out our initial consultation form.

2. Consultation

To get started, please head to our New Client Form. Filling out this form will help our team connect you with the proper stylist for your goals and to help us decide how much time to book for your first appointment. Once the form is submitted, we can either get you booked in or, if necessary, get you booked for an in-person consultation.

3. Pricing

We don’t use traditional service titles because we believe every client is unique. Hair texture, density, and individual needs vary from person to person, so instead of fitting you into a predefined category, we use hourly pricing to allow for a fully unique experience.

All Prices and hourly rates for each stylist can be found through our ‘Book Now’ link. Once your form and consultation are complete our team will let you know how much time will be needed for an appointment and pricing will be confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy

To respect the time and commitment of our team, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer openings to other clients on our waitlist.
